Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, granola, waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, and coffee. I might have missed some other items. The beds were comfortable.

Great location to the airport with plenty of local food options nearby and a Shopping complex just over a mile away. The hotel had everything we needed. A big comfortable bed. Plenty of space with a sofa and such amenities as a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, kitchenette and tv with all the channels. Little things like blackout blinds and an ice machine at the end of the corridor made our stay even more comfortable. The room was a really good size and we have paid 3 times as much for half the space in downtown Kansas City. The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport and breakfast was included! We thought that it was an absolute bargain and would definitely stay here again when passing through the KC area.

The front and breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The towels were fresh as well as the bedding. The hallways and elevator was also clean. The breakfast was great and stayed well stocked during the breakfast hour. If you wanted coffee throughout the day, it was always available. There were lots of shops, restaurants, and a park nearby.

I had been staying with my dog at a dirty decrepit hotel across the street. There was a thunderstorm which meant we couldnt travel so needed to stay an extra day. After spending all night awake with my dog who was scared of the thunder I called the manager at the Wyndham, explained the situation and asked whether we could check in early so wed have a place to stay during the storm. He kindly agreed and asked housekeeping to prepare our room early. I so appreciate his kindness and willingness to go that extra mile for us!

I liked the welcoming, "cozy" feel to the lobby and breakfast area. The size and lay out of the room was great and had a nice size sitting area with couch--that was clean! The bed was wonderful, and the linens and pillows seemed brand new. I like, and need, a really soft pillow in order to get a good night's sleep, and this was one of the best pillows I have slept on. For those who like a firm pillow, don't fret because they have them, too.
